How long do extensions last?

Keratin bond extensions typically last 3–4 months, depending on your hair growth and how well they are maintained.

Do I need a consultation?

Yes. All new clients require a consultation to assess your hair and ensure we select the best method, colour match, and length for you.

What is your cancellation policy? 

We require a $100 deposit when booking hair extension appointments, we require 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting ur deposit .

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking in advance, as appointments are limited and often fill quickly.
